Job summary

Havas is seeking a Resource Manager to act as the central connector ensuring the agency's Creative, Social, Design and Strategy teams are deployed effectively. You will oversee short and long-term resource planning, forecast future needs, and build an agile resourcing model to maximise profitability and employee experience.

You will manage capacity, schedule workload, and drive data-led decisions, working with managers and senior leadership to align resources with client demand and project

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Traffic Manager, Resource Manager, or in a similar role in an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com, Pronto, Float would be advantageous.
• AI fluency and champion.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Own the agency-wide resource management process across Creative, Social, Design and Strategy teams.
• Identify potential resource constraints and proactively resolve them.
• Manage day-to-day scheduling and workload distribution.
• Allocate resources based on project requirements and availability, ensuring appropriate allocation.
• Balance competing priorities across clients, campaigns and projects.
• Monitor capacity and address over or under-utilisation with managers.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on risks or issues.
• Act as primary point of contact for resourcing requests.
