Job summary

Mastercard Inc. is seeking a Director of Capacity Management to establish and lead our enterprise capacity and capability planning.

This strategic role provides the Executive team with a forward-looking view of whether we have the people, skills and capacity to deliver on our priorities, regulatory commitments and technology investments. This leadership position spans Technology, Product, Operations, HR and Finance, driving a consistent enterprise view of capacity, governance, and workforce

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in enterprise capacity, portfolio, and workforce planning within a complex technology or transformation environment.
• Experience designing an enterprise-scale capacity or demand-planning framework and forecasting demand and capacity.
• Ability to translate data into clear recommendations for Executive-level stakeholders using scenario analysis.
• Experience with Agile delivery environments and SAFe/Lean Portfolio Management principles.
• Knowledge of financial services, payments, or regulated environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise capacity management across Technology, Product, Operations, and supporting functions to create a trusted capacity view.
• Develop 12-36 month capacity forecasts aligned to portfolio roadmap and priorities; establish governance and processes.
• Inform recruitment, insourcing, outsourcing, and location strategies; translate demand into resource requirements.
• Create dashboards and reports (Power BI/Workday/Jira) to provide exec insight into demand, capacity, and risks; drive automation and AI-enabled forecasting.
