Job summary

Moody’s Analytics is seeking a Contract Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of complex agreements across a dedicated sales portfolio. You will draft, negotiate, and execute Tier 1 sales contracts while ensuring internal policy and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Billing to support revenue growth. A background in AI-enabled contracting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of contract-related experience in procurement, finance, legal, sales support, or related environment.
• Experience drafting, negotiating, and executing contracts with client-focused approach while ensuring policy compliance.
• Attention to detail when analyzing pricing, licensing, and contract terms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle to support growth and client satisfaction.
• Lead end-to-end contract process for new business and renewals with Sales team.
• Advise on commercial approaches and identify contractual risks to accelerate deals.
• Analyze customer information, pricing, and terms to support cross-sell and revenue growth.
• Draft and negotiate Tier 1 sales agreements per internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and contract records across platforms.
• Review contracts for completeness and compliance for order processing.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Billing and other stakeholders on complex transactions.
• Serve as primary contact for internal/external inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
