Job summary

Moody’s Analytics is seeking a contract lifecycle professional to manage the full contract lifecycle across a dedicated sales portfolio, driving growth, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.

You will lead drafting, negotiation, and execution under internal policies, collaborate with Finance, Legal, Billing, and Sales, analyze terms and pricing, and ensure accurate records and timely order processing.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of contract-related experience in procurement, finance, legal, sales support, or a related business environment.
• Strong knowledge of contract drafting, negotiation, and execution practices.
• Excellent attention to detail for pricing structures, licensing, and terms.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across Sales, Legal, Finance, Billing, and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, risk identification, and issue resolution abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint; CRM and contract mgmt systems preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in AI concepts and hands-on AI tool usage to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle to support business growth and client satisfaction.
• Lead end-to-end contract process for new business and renewals with a sales team.
• Participate in pipeline reviews, advise on commercial approaches and risk.
• Analyze customer info, pricing, and terms to support cross-selling and revenue growth.
• Draft and negotiate Tier 1 sales agreements per policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer data across CRM and other platforms for consistency.
• Review contracts for completeness, compliance, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Billing, and other stakeholders on complex transactions.
• Serve as the trusted contact for inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.
