VML is seeking a Consultant to join our Business Services team in London. You will own end-to-end assessments, build roadmaps, and deliver transformation programs across commerce ecosystems and AI-enabled discovery.

You’ll work with enterprise brands, connect strategy to CX, content and commerce execution, and shape how propositions are taken to market. Ideal candidates have multi-year consulting or strategy experience in commerce or digital marketing, strong communication, and ability to

Qualifications

• Multiple years of professional experience in a consulting, strategy or senior operational role with significant commerce or digital marketing exposure.
• Deep understanding of commerce ecosystems: trading, content operations, channel strategy and brand investment impact.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, deliver clear outputs under time pressure and present to clients.
• Knowledge of AI discoverability GEO, AEO and AI-assisted product discovery and advisory impact.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery from client assessments to prioritised roadmaps.
• Develop strategic recommendations across commerce transformation and content strategy.
• Build and refine repeatable delivery methodologies from discovery to implementation planning.
• Translate complex shifts into clear, commercially grounded language for senior audiences.
