Job summary

Accenture UK is seeking an Agentic Commerce Consultant in London to help design, build and scale modern digital commerce ecosystems, embedding Generative AI and Agentic AI into commerce to enable real-time personalisation and intelligent customer engagement.

You will bring ecommerce strategy and operations experience, work with multi-disciplinary teams, and apply AI tooling to deliver high-impact commerce transformations for clients while spending time onsite with customers.

Qualifications

• 4 years of professional experience in consulting or industry ecommerce
• Strong understanding of ecommerce strategy and digital commerce platforms
• Hands-on with AI tooling and agentic AI concepts
• Ability to lead client workshops and deliver strategic recommendations

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand challenges and capture needs for ecommerce strategy, operations and technology
• Lead interviews, workshops and co-creation sessions with clients
• Apply knowledge of commerce tech across platforms, search, merchandising and data systems
• Contribute to shaping and delivering commerce transformation roadmaps and state designs
• Lead delivery workstreams and produce high-quality client-ready deliverables
• Adopt AI tooling to accelerate delivery and enable agentic commerce initiatives
• Develop client-ready points of view on agentic commerce and AI-enabled experiences
