Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Agentic Commerce Manager in London to lead digital commerce strategy, transformation programmes and AI-enabled initiatives. You will manage senior stakeholders, run workshops and shape roadmaps while growing teams and client relationships.

You will guide delivery across platforms, champion AI tooling, and contribute to business development and thought leadership within Accenture Song.

Qualifications

• Approximately 7-10 years of consulting or digital commerce experience.
• Experience defining and delivering commerce strategy and transformation programmes for large organisations.
• Deep understanding of digital commerce ecosystems and operating models.
• Experience leading client teams and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
• Strong understanding of commerce operations and digital performance optimisation.
• Knowledge of the broader commerce technology landscape incl platforms and content management.
• Demonstrable understanding of agentic commerce and AI adoption.
• Active use of AI tools to improve personal productivity and delivery outcomes.
• Experience leading teams and developing junior talent.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements focused on digital commerce strategy and emerging agentic opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and provide strategic guidance on growth and AI adoption.
• Lead executive workshops, discovery sessions and co-creation engagements.
• Define and shape commerce transformation programmes with current/future operating models and roadmaps.
• Deliver complex project workstreams with high‑quality outputs and strong team management.
• Apply expertise across commerce tech ecosystems to support platform-agnostic decisions.
• Champion adoption of AI tooling to improve delivery quality and efficiency.
• Guide teams in prototyping agentic commerce concepts for client opportunities.
• Support business development, including proposals, pitches and thought leadership.
• Develop team capability through coaching and mentoring junior consultants and analysts.
• Contribute to Accenture's external market presence with industry perspective assets.
