Accenture Song seeks an Agentic Commerce Consultant in London to help shape, design, and scale modern digital commerce ecosystems with Generative AI and agentic components. You will work across ecommerce strategy, operations and technology, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.

You will drive client workshops, contribute to roadmap and target-state designs, and stay at the forefront of agentic commerce, using LLM-enabled tools to accelerate value delivery

Formación

• ~4 years of professional experience in a consulting role with significant commerce exposure or in an industry commerce role.
• Good understanding of ecommerce strategy and digital commerce, including key players and market shaping technology platforms.
• Working knowledge of commerce operations and how ecommerce businesses run day-to-day, including trading, fulfilment, merchandising and performance implications.
• Familiarity with commerce technology landscape and at least one or two platforms (Shopify, Commercetools, CMS, PIM).
• Demonstrable interest in agentic commerce and AI through strategic work, POCs, or a developed viewpoint on AI agents.

Responsabilidades

• Working closely with clients to understand challenges, capture needs and contribute to commercially grounded solutions across ecommerce strategy, operations and technology capabilities.
• Leading interviews, workshops and co-creation sessions with clients of varying seniority, in-person and virtually.
• Applying knowledge of commerce technology across platforms to help clients make well-informed, platform-agnostic decisions.
• Contributing to shaping and delivering commerce transformation programmes with assessments, target state designs and roadmaps.
• Leading project delivery workstreams and producing high-quality deliverables with input into other streams.
• Adopting AI tooling as a core part of day-to-day work to enhance delivery pace and quality.
• Getting hands-on with emerging tools and experimenting with agentic platforms to bring client ideas to life quickly.
