Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Partner Success Specialist for AWS Specialist and Partner Organization in the UK to lead strategy, enablement, and governance for partner-driven outcomes. You will design metrics, advisory playbooks, and adoption roadmaps, collaborating with Partner Sales, PDMs, and development teams to scale value realization across enterprise partnerships.

Applicants should have senior customer-facing experience, cross-functional project leadership, and familiarity with AWS cloud services.

Qualifications

Experience in a senior customer-facing role.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience working with partners through account, product or program management and business development engagements.
Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Experience working across teams and influencing teams that are not your own.
Proven track record of implementing value realization frameworks at scale.

Responsibilities

Develop strategies to align partner success initiatives with AWS’ long-term growth objectives.
Design and adapt CS CoE's 'Activate to Advocate' framework for partner implementation.
Create partner-specific success metrics, health scoring models, and value realization playbooks.
Develop governance models and operational excellence guidelines for partners.
Architect scalable approaches to measure and improve partner-led customer outcomes.
