Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Partner Success Specialist (PSS) to scale customer success methodologies across the partner ecosystem, driving measurable business outcomes and accelerating customer value realization.

You will architect and implement frameworks that enable partners to drive and measure customer value post-implementation, blending strategic enablement with hands-on execution to make partners extensions of AWS's customer success organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior customer-facing role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience working with partners through account, product or program management and business development engagements.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Experience working across teams and influencing teams that are not your own.
• Proven track record of implementing value realization frameworks at scale.
• Knowledge of key technology and market trends.
• Experience implementing AWS/cloud services.
• AWS certification or degree or equivalent.
• Experience presenting to and influencing senior executives up to VP level.
• Experience working with Global System Integrators or strategic technology partners.
• Deep understanding of cloud services and enterprise digital transformation.
• Track record of building partner capabilities and driving partner-led growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to align partner success initiatives with AWS’ long-term growth objectives.
• Design and adapt CS CoE's 'Activate to Advocate' framework for partner implementation.
• Create partner-specific success metrics, health scoring models, and value realization playbooks.
• Develop governance models and operational excellence guidelines for partners.
• Architect scalable approaches to measure and improve partner-led customer outcomes.
• Contribute to the AWS Value Realization Toolkit for Partners.
