Job summary

AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch) is seeking a Sr. Customer Solutions Manager to guide UK&I customers on their multi-year cloud journey.

You will coordinate across Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture and Professional Services to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and successful workload migrations. You will work with executive stakeholders, shaping education programs and go-live events, while driving governance and customer outcomes with GenAI guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience leading large-scale technical programs with thought leadership and business-case development.
• Experience in customer-facing work with executives/technologists to solve business problems.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation project teams.

Responsibilities

• Guide UK&I customers through cloud adoption and transformation journeys.
• Ensure cross-functional AWS team collaboration to deliver outcomes.
• Act as trusted partner with transformation expertise to shepherd customers.
• Drive customer education, governance, and workload migration planning.
• Propose new ideas and GenAI guidance to solve customer challenges.
• evangelize AWS services and deliver great customer experiences.
• Contribute to day-to-day management of AWS adoption.

Education

Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent

PMP certification
