Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise customer delivery or related roles.
• Proven track record owning enterprise engagement scopes with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with program governance, scope management and executive stakeholder management.
• Experience orchestrating delivery with Professional Services, SI partners, and customer teams.
• Broad understanding of enterprise cloud platforms across Marketing, Revenue/CPQ, Analytics, or Data Cloud.
• Experience using AI productivity tools to accelerate analysis and documentation.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement success end-to-end across Discovery, Migration Strategy, Execution, Value Realization, and Handoff.
• Establish governance, track milestones, manage scope, and resolve delivery risks.
• Direct day-to-day rhythm of cross-functional teams and ensure alignment on scope and delivery dates.
• Act as primary contact for VP/C-suite stakeholders, translating migration workstreams into business outcomes.
• Lead steering committee reviews and help customers navigate organizational change.
• Lead discovery workshops and map requirements to standardized target patterns.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery and delivery workflows.
• Assess readiness and define change enablement paths post-migration.
