Job summary

QA Limited in Glasgow is seeking a Business Development Executive to identify opportunities and grow QA’s footprint across new and existing customers. You will engage senior stakeholders and create conversations around how QA can help solve their workforce needs.

You’ll use LinkedIn and Microsoft Dynamics to identify prospects, build quarterly territory plans, and deliver against clear sales targets in a target-driven B2B environment.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales or business development.
• Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to develop quarterly territory plans.
• Strong resilience and ability to create opportunities.
• Experience building proposals and quotations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Create new business opportunities via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Develop relationships across new and existing customers.
• Understand customer challenges and identify QA value.
• Build quarterly territory plans to maximise opportunity.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build networks and identify prospects.
• Manage opportunities through Microsoft Dynamics.
• Prepare customer proposals and quotations.
• Develop knowledge of QA’s solutions and markets.
• Deliver against clear, measurable sales targets.
