Job summary

BDO LLP is seeking a role focused on turning digital capability, including AI, into practical business value across the firm. You will work with technical and non-technical teams to identify opportunities to improve how we work and help colleagues maximise digital tools and technologies.

You’ll drive adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot, and AI-enabled workflows, combining technology adoption with change, learning and stakeholder engagement to help teams use digital tools confidently in daily work.

Qualifications

Experience leading digital adoption initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes.
Strong understanding of change and adoption, helping people embrace new tools and embed lasting changes.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, building trusted relationships across diverse audiences.
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft stack, AI-enabled workflows, and governance principles.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to improve ways of working through technology and drive adoption of digital tools.
Develop and deliver adoption strategies, lead enablement activities, and manage projects with stakeholders.
Create scalable learning resources and measure adoption impact to improve outcomes.
