Job summary

BCN Group Ltd is seeking an AI Adoption Consultant in Reading to lead client-facing sessions that bring Microsoft 365 Copilot to life. You will design and deliver structured adoption programmes, running practical workshops that translate complex AI concepts into tangible business value.

You’ll partner with BCN Human+ and governance teams to ensure responsible AI usage, performance tracking and measurable impact for customers in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with audiences at all levels.
• Experience designing and delivering engaging training, workshops and presentations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Copilot; translating AI into business value.

Responsibilities

• Co-design and deliver Copilot adoption sessions and training series.
• Run envisioning sessions and executive briefings to illustrate Gen AI use cases.
• Facilitate workshops and translate AI concepts into practical value for non-technical audiences.
• Tailor content to client context and AI maturity under guidance of BCN Human+ Lead.
• Support readiness diagnostics and adoption roadmaps across five human pillars.
• Apply behavioural science/change methods to drive adoption.
• Build AI champion networks to sustain momentum.
• Promote responsible, trusted use of AI with governance teams.
• Track adoption metrics and demonstrate business impact to clients.
• Collaborate across BCN teams to connect human layer with tech rollout.
• Contribute to proposals, scoping and pre-sales as the practice grows.
