Job summary

AWD online is seeking an AI Adoption Lead to shape practical AI adoption across communications, building new tools, workflows and insight products. You’ll deliver AI-enabled dashboards, guidance, and coaching with senior stakeholders, in a hybrid setup across the UK.

The role requires hands-on AI experience, strong analytical skills and a track record in influencing diverse teams, with 60% office presence expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI and automation to improve workflows.
• Experience building automated reporting products and dashboards.
• Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative insights for reporting.
• Experience embedding monitoring tools into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead practical AI use within communications aligned with strategy and risk controls.
• Develop AI-enabled dashboards and reusable reporting with Power BI or Looker Studio.
• Identify and implement AI tools for content creation, campaign optimisation and evaluation.
• Build capability through guidance, workshops and coaching for sustainable adoption.
• Define priority questions, metrics and reporting needs with senior stakeholders.
