Legal 500 is adopting AI across the business to improve efficiency and decision-making. The Enterprise AI Product Owner will drive governance, tool adoption, and value realization using Copilot and Microsoft 365 AI capabilities.

Reporting to the Director of People & Business Operations, you will own the AI roadmap for the entire organisation, configure Copilot workflows, and lead upskilling activities while ensuring governance, safety, and compliance.

Qualificações

Process-led consulting approach with end-to-end workflow walkthroughs.
Experience setting up AI governance with intake and review processes.
Hands-on Copilot configuration: skills, agents or workflows.
Strong product management: prioritisation, user stories, backlog and stakeholders.
Experience owning enterprise libraries or centralised controls.
Led enablement: designing and delivering upskilling without a dedicated L&D team.
Interest in enterprise efficiency and cross-team collaboration.
Background in internal transformation or Copilot SME roles.

Responsabilidades

Own the roadmap and backlog for enterprise AI opportunities; write user stories and acceptance criteria.
Map end-to-end business processes and identify where Copilot or AI tools add value.
Configure Copilot skills and team workflows; pilot and hand ownership to the business.
Design and enforce AI governance from the ground up with intake/review processes.
Own enterprise AI libraries: tools, prompts, templates and shared workflows.
Design and deliver upskilling: training, guides, clinics and self-serve resources.
Spot patterns across teams and standardise processes for reuse.
Define adoption metrics and report progress to senior stakeholders.
