Job summary

People Hive is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to enable the deployment and operation of AI solutions in enterprise production environments. You will bridge software, infra and customer teams to ensure scalable, secure AI systems, collaborating with customer engineering, security and operations to deliver reliable deployments.

The role requires 3–8 years in software/infrastructure, strong Kubernetes, cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP), and excellent English.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in software, infrastructure, platform or solutions engineering.
• Strong production experience with Kubernetes.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Proven customer‑facing experience working with engineering, security or compliance teams.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Availability for twice-weekly evening meetings to align with an international team.
