Job summary

Cohere is seeking an experienced engineer to lead deployment of North for enterprise clients. You will work with customer IT teams to align infrastructure and security, delivering high-quality AI deployment solutions in private cloud and on-prem environments.

The role requires hands-on Kubernetes administration, Helm, and strong DevOps practices. Occasional travel to client sites is expected; remote-friendly with UK offices.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging with customers in a consulting/engineering capacity.
• Proven deployment of enterprise software in private/hybrid clouds.
• Strong Kubernetes administration with Helm.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of North in private cloud and on-premises environments.
• Partner with enterprise IT teams to assess infrastructure and security requirements.
• Experiment rapidly to deliver customer-focused solutions that exceed expectations.
• Design deployment strategies tailored to client needs, ensuring data privacy and security.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues to minimize downtime.
• Travel up to 20–40% to work on-site with customers and partners.
