Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management or related commercial roles.
• Ability to identify market opportunities and translate customer needs into products or services.
• Experience conducting market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery to inform strategy.
• Proven ability to build business cases and assess commercial viability of new products/initiatives.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management from concept to launch and iteration.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Delivery, SMEs, and senior stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from market trends and performance data.
• Strong commercial awareness with focus on revenue growth and ROI.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify new and changing AI learning opportunities across technologies, roles, industries and business functions.
• Understand customer buying trends and future skills requirements.
• Analyze competitor offerings, pricing, positioning and product strategies.
• Evaluate commercial feasibility of new AI programmes across QA learning, apprenticeships and digital modalities.
• Support development of partnerships with new AI vendors.
• Ensure portfolio aligns with industry trends and customer demand.
• Monitor AI market for new technologies and platforms.
• Produce market intelligence reports to influence portfolio direction.
• Create compelling propositions with defined audiences and channels, in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
