Job summary

Lewis Paige Recruitment is partnering with a regional law firm in Manchester to appoint an AI Technology Learning & Adoption Team Lead. The role combines AI adoption, Copilot training and legal technology change management, with a strong emphasis on practical enablement.

You will design learning programmes, champion safe AI use, and work with lawyers and professional services to identify Copilot use cases. Hybrid working is offered with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technology learning, digital adoption or IT training.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services is advantageous.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and Generative AI.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts in practical language.
• Proven track record delivering learning programmes and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology learning and adoption initiatives with focus on Copilot and Generative AI.
• Develop and deliver AI adoption and training strategies for the firm.
• Oversee Copilot and Legal AI training and support learning programmes.
• Design engaging training including inductions, rollouts and refresher sessions.
• Create learning resources such as guides, e-learning, videos and prompts.
• Promote safe, confidential and compliant AI usage across the firm.
