Job summary

Law Firm (Manchester) is seeking an AI Technology Learning & Adoption Team Lead to drive Copilot and AI adoption across the organisation, with a strong focus on practical training and change management within a legal environment.

The role requires hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI and a proven ability to shape learning strategies, develop learning resources and lead a network of AI champions across the firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in technology learning, digital adoption, IT training or related technology change role.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is advantageous.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and Generative AI and how to adopt them in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology learning and adoption initiatives across the firm, focusing on Copilot and Generative AI.
• Help develop and deliver the firm’s AI and technology adoption strategy.
• Oversee Copilot and Legal AI training and learning programmes.
• Design and deliver engaging technology training including inductions and rollouts.
• Develop practical adoption strategies that move users from awareness to confident everyday use.
• Collaborate with lawyers and business services to identify AI use cases in daily workflows.
• Translate emerging AI capabilities into practical, easy-to-use workflows.
• Create learning resources such as guides, e-learning, videos and prompts.
• Support AI champions and promote safe, responsible AI use across the firm.
