XMA is recruiting an AI & Automation Apprentice to help design, build and test intelligent automation solutions including RPA bots and AI-enabled workflows. You will work with business users to map processes, document requirements and support deployment.

You will learn to maintain bots, monitor performance, and contribute to governance, security and responsible AI practices while developing practical skills in automation platforms within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analysing processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Support design, build, test and deploy RPA bots using approved platforms.
• Help develop AI-enabled solutions like intelligent workflows and chatbots.
• Translate requirements into process maps, user stories and test scripts.
• Maintain and update bots, workflows and scripts under supervision.
• Monitor bot performance and assist with issue resolution.
• Carry out testing and quality checks for reliable automations.
• Gather feedback from users for continuous improvement.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge articles.
• Support governance, security and data protection requirements.
• Participate in meetings, workshops and sprint reviews.
