Job summary

Sirius Analysis is seeking an AI & Automation Apprentice to join our Operations Team in Portsmouth, on-site four days a week. You will learn to identify, design and implement responsible AI and automation solutions to boost efficiency and reduce manual work.

Under IT mentorship, you will develop low-code/no-code workflows, AI-enabled solutions and documentation, while collaborating with IT, Operations, Quality and Security to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Achieved A Level or Level 2 IT Apprenticeship or equivalent.
• Minimum Level 2 English and Maths or evidence of functional skills.
• Interest in AI, automation and business improvement.
• Willingness to learn and develop cybersecurity and data privacy awareness.

Responsibilities

• Analyse existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Design, configure and refine low-code/no-code workflows and automation solutions.
• Support AI-enabled solutions such as summarisation, classification and routing.
• Develop documentation, user guides and quick-reference materials.
• Monitor automation performance and gather user feedback for improvements.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations and other teams to translate needs into functional requirements.
