The role involves designing, developing, and supporting AI-enabled business systems that connect core platforms with CRM, telephony, workflow automation, and AI tools. You’ll own projects from requirements through deployment and ongoing support in a modern tech stack.

Qualifications

• Commercial software development experience.
• Strong database and data management knowledge.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and webhooks.
• Ability to work across front-end and back-end environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and improve AI-driven business processes and automation solutions.
• Translate requirements into scalable software with AI components.
• Develop across React, TypeScript, Python, Node.js and SQL Server.
• Maintain integrations with third-party platforms via REST APIs and webhooks.
• Lead monitoring, logging, and governance for AI workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver business-ready solutions.
