Job summary

Sirius Analysis Ltd invites applications for an Apprentice AI & Automation Practitioner to join our defence-sector team. You will work under IT Manager mentorship to design and implement responsible AI and automation solutions that boost efficiency and reduce manual effort.

You will gain exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate and Power Apps, developing low-code/no-code workflows, documenting processes and supporting user adoption across IT, Operations and Quality.

Qualifications

A Level or Level 2 IT apprenticeship qualification.
6 months' work experience in IT or related discipline preferred.
Level 2 English and Maths or equivalent demonstrated.
Interest in AI, automation and business improvement.

Responsibilities

Analyse existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities.
Identify opportunities where AI or automation could improve productivity.
Design, configure and test low-code/no-code workflows and automation solutions.
Support AI-enabled solutions such as summarisation, classification and routing where needed.
Build and maintain digital workflows, process maps and user guides.
Evaluate AI and automation tools for security, privacy and governance.
