Job summary

We Are Zenith is seeking an experienced AI & Microsoft Training Specialist to design, deliver and continuously improve learning experiences for AI and automation apprenticeships. You will work with the Apprenticeship Manager to deliver Level 3 AI Integration Digital Support Technician and Level 4 AI & Automation Practitioner pathways.

Qualifications

• Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience in learning delivery
• Experience delivering apprenticeships or workforce development training
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Understanding of Microsoft Copilot and its workplace productivity applications
• Experience helping learners achieve structured learning outcomes
• Strong communication, facilitation and coaching skills
• Ability to manage workload independently and meet delivery targets
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, adaptable and solution-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI and digital apprenticeship training with high-quality teaching, learning and assessment
• Embed Microsoft Copilot and AI tools into apprenticeship delivery
• Support learners through onboarding, progression and end-point assessment
