Job summary

Tecna is offering an AI & Automation Specialist Apprentice position in Farnborough. This Level 4 apprenticeship role is full-time (40 hours/week) with a competitive apprentice salary of £22,000 per annum.

You will study towards a Level 4 qualification while developing practical AI, automation and digital transformation skills. You will identify automation opportunities, design and test AI solutions, and support data-driven decision making across Tecna's business.

Qualifications

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organised with strong attention to detail.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Competent IT skills (MS Office).
Willing to learn new technical skills.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for automation in business processes.
Assist design, development, testing and implementation of AI/automation solutions.
Support automated workflows using no-code and low-code platforms.
Analyse requirements and map processes for efficiency improvements.
Use AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting.
