Job summary

Worldwide Events Group is seeking an Agentic Capability Engineer in London under a hybrid arrangement. This six‑month fixed-term contract will involve bridging business teams with the Agent Factory to design, deploy and optimise AI agents and automated workflows.

You will train users, monitor outcomes and push continuous improvements across departments. The role requires strong process understanding, stakeholder management and a passion for AI, automation and new technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of business processes and operational workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience implementing process improvements or technology-driven change.
• Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly.
• Knowledge of AI agents or workflow automation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business discovery to understand processes and automation opportunities.
• Design, test and deploy AI agents using WWE's agent platforms.
• Collaborate with Agent Factory to improve capabilities.
• Train users and promote adoption of AI tools and workflows across the organisation.
• Monitor effectiveness of deployed agents and workflows.
• Create reusable agent playbooks and documentation.
