The Agentic Capability Engineer is responsible for helping departments identify, design, deploy and optimise AI agents and automated workflows within their day‑to‑day operations.
Acting as the bridge between business teams and Agent Factory, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand challenges, implement AI‑powered solutions, train users and continuously improve agent performance.
This role is modelled on the highly cross‑functional capabilities required to successfully introduce and scale agentic ways of working across WWE.
This is an initial six‑month fixed‑term contract opportunity, with the potential for extension, reporting to the Head of AI Implementation.
