Job summary

Client Server in London is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to help organisations move to agentic development and build AI first software factories.

You will join a small, highly capable team delivering across data pipelines, integrations, agent development, DevOps and CI/CD for enterprise clients.

The role offers hybrid working with three days per week in the London office and a competitive package up to £110k plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience coding with AI agents across multiple languages.
• Backend development with Python or other OO languages.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Strong solution architecture, design and translating business requirements into robust software.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-first software factories for enterprise clients.
• Develop data pipelines, integrations and agent development frameworks.
• Oversee DevOps, CI/CD and observability to ensure reliable delivery.
