Job summary

Worldwide Events Group is seeking an Agent Engineer on a six‑month FTC to design, build and maintain AI agents, tools and workflows within WWE’s AI ecosystem. You’ll collaborate with Agent Factory, engineers and business stakeholders to transform requirements into production‑ready solutions.

The role focuses on hands‑on delivery rather than management, reporting to the Head of AI Implementation, with responsibilities spanning platform delivery to automation and testing.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI agents and automations.
• Strong prompt engineering and agent-instruction design.
• Experience integrating APIs and business systems.
• Familiarity with LLMs, agent frameworks and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy AI agents for teams across the business.
• Create reusable agent skills, tools and workflows.
• Develop multi-agent orchestration patterns.
• Translate requirements into robust production-ready solutions.
• Build solutions using WWE platforms and frameworks.
• Configure OpenClaw environments and Hermes-based workflows.
• Maintain Microsoft Copilot Studio agents and integrate with Salesforce/SharePoint/M365.
• Develop automations to reduce manual work.
• Ensure solutions meet security and governance requirements.
• Document architecture and dependencies.
