Job summary

Worldwide Events Group, a leader in global MICE and luxury travel, seeks an Agent Engineer (FTC) to design, build, test and maintain production-ready AI agents and workflows. You will translate requirements into reliable solutions and work with internal stakeholders to deliver scalable automation across events platforms.

The role is six months fixed-term with potential extension, reporting to the Head of AI Implementation.

Qualifications

• Practical experience building AI agents, automations or LLM-enabled applications.
• Strong prompt engineering and agent-instruction design skills.
• Experience integrating APIs and business systems.
• Familiarity with large language models, agent frameworks and tool use.
• Understanding of structured and unstructured data sources.
• Strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy AI agents for teams across the business.
• Create reusable agent skills, tools and workflows.
• Develop multi-agent orchestration patterns where appropriate.
• Translate functional requirements into robust, production-ready solutions.
• Build solutions using WWE's approved AI platforms and frameworks.
• Configure and maintain OpenClaw environments and develop Hermes-based workflows.
• Build and maintain Microsoft Copilot Studio agents.
