Job summary

Worldwide Events Group is seeking an Agentic Capability Engineer on a six‑month fixed‑term contract, hybrid in Borough, South London. You will help departments identify, design, deploy and optimise AI agents and automated workflows, acting as a bridge between business teams and the Agent Factory to improve agent performance.

The role requires strong process understanding, stakeholder management and a passion for AI and automation, with opportunities to extend depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of business processes and operational workflows.
• Experience delivering automation or AI-driven improvements in a corporate context.
• Ability to train users and support technology adoption.
• Cross-functional collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Business Discovery & Process Analysis: understand processes, pain points and opportunities for automation.
• Agent Design & Deployment: configure, test and deploy AI agents using WWE's agent platforms.
• Training & Adoption: deliver training and coaching to users across the organisation.
• Optimisation & Feedback: gather user feedback and refine prompts, workflows and agent behaviours.
• Knowledge & Asset Creation: develop reusable agent playbooks and documentation.
