Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group is partnering with a Manchester-based client to recruit an AI Adoption Lead. You will define how AI tools like Claude Enterprise and Copilot are used in the business, reporting to the senior leadership team and CTO.

You will translate AI capability into practical processes, identify value from automation, and work closely with senior stakeholders to shape the approach.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Claude, Copilot or similar tools.
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into understandable terms for non-technical teams.
• Comfortable starting from a blank page and shaping the approach themselves.

Responsibilities

• Help the business understand and adopt the AI tools already in place.
• Identify where automation and AI add value within existing systems and reporting outputs.
• Be the go-to person for AI understanding across the business, not just a technical implementer.
• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and IT/the CTO.
