Qualifications

• Experience driving AI, digital or technology adoption in a business or operational environment.
• Hands-on with M365 Copilot in real workflows and curiosity with AI in work.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills for outcomes.
• Change management experience embedding new behaviours in uncertain contexts.
• Familiar with Copilot Studio, Agents and governance frameworks; retail exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the embedded AI adoption partner for a business unit and build trusted relationships.
• Support end-to-end AI use-case adoption, including Copilot Studio opportunities and workflow embedding.
• Drive measurable value from AI and track adoption metrics for the business unit.
• Coach colleagues through sessions, floor walks and drop-ins; share success stories.
• Feed insights back to shape capability priorities while upholding governance policies.
