Job summary
La Fosse partners with an established Investment Management firm to appoint an AI Adoption & Community Lead. This role will shape the AI adoption strategy, helping teams understand, adopt, and maximise value through training, communities, governance, and practical use cases.
You will report into the Head of AI & Data Insights and embed AI into everyday ways of working, driving responsible adoption and measurable business impact across the organisation. Hybrid: London or Manchester.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering transformation, adoption, or change programmes with a strong interest in AI.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate AI concepts into business value.
- Experience building training programmes, communities, or enablement initiatives.
- Proactive, able to create structure from ambiguity.
- Desirable: experience in financial services or regulated environments.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the AI adoption programme across the organisation.
- Build AI training programmes, communities, and champion networks.
- Identify and develop AI use cases that improve efficiency and processes.
- Support AI governance, policy, and responsible AI practices.
- Run engagement initiatives including workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Track adoption, usage, and business impact.
- Partner with Technology, Data, Compliance, Risk, and L&D teams.
