Job summary

CPS Group (UK) Limited is seeking a Senior AI Adoption & Capability Consultant to shape AI adoption across a global financial services client. You will translate AI strategy into practical enablement, learning experiences, and measurable business outcomes.

Working across People, Technology, Product, Engineering, and business teams, you will blend strategic consulting with hands-on delivery, assessing capability needs and driving adoption campaigns to deliver real value.

Qualifications

Experience leading AI adoption and workforce capability initiatives.
Ability to translate AI strategy into practical enablement.
Proven track record in enterprise-level change programmes.
Strong stakeholder influence across complex organisations.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior stakeholders to assess AI readiness and adoption opportunities.
Develop AI capability strategies, learning pathways, and enablement solutions.
Design resources including toolkits, guides, and workshops.
Support Copilot adoption and AI tool deployment in business units.
Drive change through communities of practice and enablement campaigns.
Define success metrics for confidence, adoption, and business impact.
Stay current with emerging AI trends and evolving workforce needs.
