Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in relationship management within corporate or commercial banking.
• Ability to prepare clear credit papers for lending facilities.
• Strong understanding of credit risk and risk management.
• Experience engaging with agricultural clients and local business communities.

• Build and maintain relationships with agriculture clients, tailoring support to financial goals.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships through relevant products and services with product specialists.
• Assess and manage credit risk, preparing credit papers for new facilities and renewals.
• Help clients improve sustainability; align with environmental, social and governance goals.
• Collaborate with service and delivery teams to resolve requests and explain service models.
• Represent the Group in meetings with professional partners and intermediaries to deliver client outcomes.
