This hybrid role involves meeting clients face-to-face and via Microsoft Teams, managing a portfolio of about 100 agriculture client groups, and engaging with product specialists to deliver tailored financial solutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with agriculture clients.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships through relevant products and services.
• Assess and manage credit risk using established tools.
• Promote sustainability and ESG considerations in client discussions.
• Collaborate with service teams to resolve client requests.
• Represent the Group in meetings with partners and intermediaries.
• Experience using knowledge of financial products to advise business clients.
