Lloyds Banking Group is seeking an SME Relationship Manager in Agriculture to manage a portfolio of agricultural client groups. You will meet clients face to face and via Teams, aiming to understand their needs and offer tailored banking solutions.

You will identify growth opportunities, assess credit risk, and collaborate with product specialists to deliver value. A hybrid work pattern supports office and client engagements across multiple locations.

Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of clients in agriculture or related sectors.
• Experience preparing clear credit papers and liaising with product specialists.
• Strong relationship building with external influencers and local business communities.
• Ability to identify opportunities to deepen client relationships through tailored financial solutions.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain strong relationships with agriculture clients, tailoring support to their financial goals.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships with relevant products and services with involvement from product specialists where needed.
• Assess and manage credit risk, prepare credit papers for new facilities and renewals.
• Encourage sustainable business practices aligned with the Group's ESG goals.
• Collaborate with service teams to resolve requests and explain the service model to clients.
• Represent the Group in meetings with partners and intermediaries to deliver joint client outcomes.
