Agile Delivery Manager (Analyst Level) | £55,000 - £70,000 | Permanent | London / Hybrid

We're on the lookout for a passionate Agile Delivery Analysts ready to shape the future of payments by driving agility, quality, and delivery excellence.

As an Agile Delivery Manager, you’ll be the glue between product, engineering, and stakeholders – ensuring that scrum teams are empowered, requirements are razor-sharp, and delivery flows smoothly.

Your Mission

You’ll work within the framework of three core questions:

1. Quality Requirements – Are engineers and stakeholders equipped to deliver value?
2. Agile & Lean Practices – How can we foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement?
3. Delivery Management – What barriers stand in the way of delivering customer value?

What You’ll Be Doing

Quality Requirements

• Facilitate collaborative workshops to shape just-right requirements
• Capture functional and non-functional needs with clarity
• Support the creation of epics and user stories

Delivery Management

• Remove blockers for scrum teams
• Maintain delivery roadmaps and report on key metrics
• Ensure teams meet delivery commitments and drive improvements
• Manage stakeholders and cross-functional coordination

Agile & Lean Practices

• Lead agile ceremonies for critical initiatives
• Coach teams on agile principles
• Continuously seek better ways of working

What You Bring

• 1+ year in an Agile Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Project Manager role (FinTech/start-up ideal)
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies and how to make them work in real life
• Track record of unblocking teams and driving delivery
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Fintech knowledge (e.g., payments, FX, trading) a strong plus
