Job summary

MandM is seeking an Agile Delivery Manager to own delivery across product squads within a Product Operating Model. You will unblock engineering teams, manage project timelines and risks, and drive continuous improvements in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

You will bridge squad-level facilitation and cross-team delivery oversight, working with Product, BA, and Dev teams to maintain momentum and deliver outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven delivery track record leading agile projects and cross-functional tech initiatives.
• Ability to coach teams in pragmatic Agile practices and adapt frameworks to context.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end delivery responsibility across assigned product areas.
• Support quarterly planning cycles and map dependencies for predictable delivery.
• Provide data-driven insights on delivery health, risks, and progress.
• Coach squads on Agile principles and practices with flexible approaches.
• Monitor cycle time and delivery metrics to improve flow and ownership.
