Job summary

Accenture PLC in London is seeking an experienced Digital Commerce Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of major commerce transformations. You will own architecture, discovery, build, testing, and go-live, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, architecture, QA, and partners.

You will lead engagements on composable/MACH architectures, integrate with CRM/CDP/OMS, and shape AI-enabled commerce capabilities while maintaining senior client relationships and governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology delivery or consulting
• Led end-to-end commerce platform implementations
• Experience with composable or MACH architectures
• Experience with cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Strong client stakeholder management and senior-level communication
• Understanding of AI-enabled commerce capabilities

Responsibilities

• Owning end-to-end delivery of commerce transformation programmes
• Lead technical and functional delivery of major commerce platform implementations
• Define delivery approaches, governance, and resourcing across teams
• Manage multi-disciplinary delivery teams including engineers and QA
• Maintain client relationships and transparent risk management
• Oversee integration of platforms with CRM, CDP, OMS, PIM, payments
• Drive agentic commerce capabilities (AI-powered features, intelligent search)
• Guide build-vs-buy decisions and ensure governance and accountability
• Embed responsible AI and governance into delivery programmes
• Contribute to accelerators, reusable assets, and delivery standards
• Mentor and develop delivery talent within the team
