Job summary

Accenture Song in London is seeking an experienced Digital Commerce Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end transformation programmes across major commerce platforms, embedding Generative AI and agentic AI capabilities to enable real-time personalization and intelligent customer engagement.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage senior stakeholders, and shape delivery approaches for composable architectures while building Accenture Song's commerce capability and accelerators for clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology delivery experience.
• Hands-on delivery of major enterprise commerce platforms (e.g. Commercetools, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce).
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary delivery teams across complex programmes.
• Experience managing senior client stakeholders and communicating progress clearly.
• Knowledge of cloud deployment for commerce and AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Owning end-to-end delivery of commerce transformation programmes—from discovery to go-live and value realisation.
• Leading the delivery of major commerce platform implementations (composable/headless architectures).
• Defining delivery approaches, structures, and workstreams across engineering and integration.
• Leading multi-disciplinary delivery teams including engineers, architects, QA, and partners.
• Managing client relationships at programme and senior stakeholder level with transparency on progress and risks.
• Overseeing integration of commerce platforms with CRM, CDP, OMS, payments, PIM, and search.
• Leading delivery of agentic commerce capabilities integrated into platforms or cloud AI services.
• Driving build vs. buy decisions across platforms and AI infrastructure.
• Embedding responsible AI and governance into delivery programmes.
• Contributing to Accenture Song's commerce delivery capability and accelerators.
• Supporting growth and development of delivery talent within the team.
