Accenture Song is seeking an Agentic AI and Commerce Architect in London to lead end-to-end design and delivery of production-grade agentic commerce systems for global enterprise clients. Role covers system architecture, AI governance, and integration across OMS, PIM, DAM, CRM, and payments.

Senior leadership will drive architecture decisions, roadmaps, and governance, partnering with cross-functional teams to embed agentic AI into live commerce environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in AI/ML systems, with production experience in Generative AI and agentic AI.
• 4+ years enterprise commerce delivery on Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, SAP Commerce, or MACH stacks.
• Proven design experience for LLM-based systems: RAG, tool-calling, multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience with vector retrieval architectures and embedding pipelines in production.
• Experience designing AI governance frameworks: auditability, HITL, red teaming, compliance controls.
• AgentOps/LLMOps: observability, tracing and model evaluation in production.
• Commerce stack integration: OMS, PIM, DAM, CRM, payments, fulfilment.
• Proficiency in Python, APIs/microservices, distributed systems.
• Cloud delivery on AWS, GCP, or Azure; CI/CD and cloud-native architecture.
• Demonstrated leadership of complex, multi-region enterprise programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead architectural leadership across distributed delivery teams spanning AI, backend, data, cloud, and DevOps.
• Define the architectural runway from prototype to production for scalable agentic solutions.
• Define and govern AgentOps/LLMOps standards: monitoring, tracing, model evaluation, continuous improvement.
• Develop and present platform roadmaps and TCO models for client engagements.
