JPMorgan Chase & Co. invites applications for the Agentic AI Operations Associate role within Client360, a strategic pillar that unifies data for client activity and enables intelligent automation across the platform.

You will collaborate with product, architecture, engineering, platform operations, and data operations to implement agent-led workflows, ensure reliability, auditability and measurable outcomes in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of real‑world software delivery experience as an engineer (growth engineering, product engineering, full‑stack development, backend, or platform).
• Demonstrated ability to operate with minimal technical hand‑holding and implement fixes independently.
• Hands‑on experience using AI coding assistants to accelerate delivery and rigorous review/testing.
• Strong engineering fundamentals: version control, code review, testing strategy, debugging, and operational excellence.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, automated build/test pipelines, deployment workflows, and safe change practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across product, architecture, engineering, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver software enabling agentic AI operations for Client360 (services, workflow components, integrations, automations, internal tools).
• Partner with architecture and engineering leads to implement the agentic AI workbench and integrated control environment.
• Own small-to-medium engineering deliverables end-to-end: requirements, design, implementation, testing, release, post‑release support.
• Contribute to code reviews and quality gates; identify and remediate risky changes.
• Support operational readiness with runbooks, telemetry, dashboards/alerts, and incident learnings.
• Contribute to CI/CD and release practices with automated pipelines, deployment workflows and environment promotion.
• Coordinate integration with platform and data operations to pivot to agent-led workflows while ensuring reliability and auditability.
• Support traceability and evidence for risk/control delivery in partnership with SMEs and control functions.
• Assist in establishing KPIs (stability, adoption, time-to-value) and use data for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Markets, Payments, Global Banking, and Private Bank teams to drive adoption and continuous improvement of agentic AI solutions.
