Group 1 Automotive is recruiting a Workshop Controller for the Audi Chingford site. You will manage daily workshop operations, coordinate service and repair targets, and support service managers to deliver outstanding customer service across the brand.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Experience in a main dealer environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work to timescales.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day to day running of the workshop.
• Ensuring the service and repair technicians achieve their daily targets.
• Assisting the service managers in ensuring the department provides the best possible service to the customers.
• Achieves agreed profits and retention levels.
