Job summary

TCL Electronics Europe in Maidenhead, UK, invites applications for an Aftersales Warranty Coordinator. This hybrid role requires regular attendance at the Maidenhead office and collaboration with the UK & Ireland teams to monitor warranty repair activity.

You will oversee the TCL Authorized service network, maintain SLA objectives, resolve complex cases, and report daily and monthly warranty activity while liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a B2B & B2C customer service/aftersales warranty environment.
• Good technical skills to understand technical documents/exploded parts drawings and consumer electronics.
• Reporting using Excel and system data.
• Experience in a corporate, multinational, fast-paced environment would be an advantage.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring & reporting of TCL warranty repair activity.
• Overseeing TCL Authorized service providers maintaining SLAs objectives and ensuring aftersales policies are followed.
• Liaising with internal teams, Spares, Technical & Quality and managing complex cases.
• Delivering excellent customer service to B2B & B2C customers.
• Acting as assistant to Customer Care manager and coverage in absence.
• Daily/Monthly reporting.
• Ad hoc Duties.
