Job summary

Tiger Trailers Limited is seeking an Aftersales Coordinator to manage key aftersales customer accounts, track updates, and maintain our intranet for Warranty and Repairs. You will liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely progress and reporting while monitoring costs and compliance with industry regulations.

The role requires experience in an aftersales/service environment, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Excel and Office.

Qualifications

• Aftersales/Service department experience is essential.
• Experience in a repair/workshop environment is desirable.
• Experience in a planning role is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Good business acumen with ability to produce and understand finance reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage aftersales customer accounts and provide regular updates.
• Maintain intranet system for Warranty and Repairs, administer new Warranty cases, POs, and reports.
• Monitor supplier and service vendor performance and progress updates to meet targets.
• Control Warranty and Repair costs in line with budgets.
• Keep up to date with technical product information and industry regulations.
